Impressed


On Sunday (March9) my laptop DVD/CD drawer created issues as it would not close. Kathy was the only one that could close it.. but for me enough was enough. I phoned Dell on Monday and they did some trouble shooting. Also lines where forming on the monitor... the story is this.. Tuesday the courrier picked it up at 5pm and it is back now on my desk fixed Thursday at 3PM. A new screen, new DVD, new keyboard and cleaned and tested.I am truly impressed. Dell has its moments, but I honestley say I have no complaints with their service.
